Writing a Mummy Report

If you plan to have your students read about mummies or even meet some in person at a museum, you may want them to keep a record of their encounters. Below is a link to a Mummy Report form that students can use.

The form will come in handy if students are planning a field trip to a local museum, or if they are simply researching mummies on the Internet or in the school library. The form guides them through the type of information a scientist or historian might want to know about a mummy that is discovered.
